LA Big 5K

DESCRIPTION:

The LA Big 5K is a family-friendly race open to participants of all ages and abilities, including runners, walkers and strollers. Experience an iconic run through Los Angeles as you run through beautiful Elysian Park before a rewarding finish set against the backdrop of world-famous Dodger Stadium. All participants will receive a race shirt, finishers medal, post-race refreshments and a truly unforgettable race experience. After the finish line, join us for our post-race celebration with music, entertainment, and award ceremony at the Finish Festival located at the Dodger Stadium parking lot. The Finish Festival will be open to the public and participants. Come celebrate with your friends and family!

Awards

The prize structure for the LA BIG 5K (Men and Women)

• 1st -- $250 gift card to Big 5 Sporting Goods
• 2nd -- $125 gift card to Big 5 Sporting Goods

 

The top finisher in each age division will receive a $50 gift card to Big 5 Sporting Goods and the 2nd place finisher in each age division will receive a $25 gift card.

Participants will compete in the following male and female age divisions: under 15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and over. LA BIG 5K Training Runs An open invitation to train for a Marathon or 5K. Hosted by: Big 5 Sporting Goods and LA Marathon. A FREE and FUN afternoon filled with snacks, refreshments, exclusive Big 5 discounts and raffles to win cool prizes!
