Turkey Giveaway
Turkey and food give-away program will be held at the Hollenbeck Youth Center. One thousand inner-city kids and their families will receive a free turkey and a basket with food to complete a hearty Thanksgiving dinner.
Toy Giveaway
An all-day event will make holiday dreams happen with six blocks of holiday fun. Activities include: music and entertainment, Winter Wonderland, Santa's Village, and the 10,000 toy giveaway to be held at the Hollenbeck Youth Center 2015 East 1st Street LA, CA 90033
Since 1996, Big 5 Sporting Goods has supported the 'Miracle on 1st Street' by donating a truckload of toys and sporting goods each year. Big 5 also runs a 'Miracle Stickers' campaign from November thru December each year. During the campaign, stickers can be purchased for $1 at select Los Angeles Big 5 Stores, with all proceeds benefiting the Hollenbeck Youth Center.
